V is for VICTORY!!!

This past week at Weigh In, I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST 25 POUNDS!!!!!!  YAY!!!!

I'm very excited!  It has been hard at times, but well worth it!  I'm wearing sizes that I haven't seen in years!  I was able to squeeze into a pair of jean shorts that I wore in high school (still have a little more weight to lose before they are comfortable).  Shopping is becoming more and more fun! :)

So, I have really been into The Biggest Loser workout videos, I have been doing CardioBlast and PowerSculpt for a little while now, I really enjoy the workouts.  But as with many things in life, I was starting to get bored with them, wanted some variety so I bought The Biggest Loser Yoga video.  I did the workout on Thursday and OMG!  I had limbs shaking while doing the workout and could really feel some muscles the day after!  I'm excited to advance and challenge my body in new ways.  I've also ordered Jillian's The Biggest Winner videos.  It's a 5 DVD set, so I'm looking forward to those coming in and giving those a shot.  Today while I was at Target, I picked up The Biggest Loser Bootcamp.  So, I'm going to give that a try tomorrow.

I also have to share a fantastic substitution that I made this morning and was very proud of.  I made some Fiber One Pancakes, a 3 point breakfast.  Christian dug out the syrup and he figured up the points for me.  It was going to be 4 points!  YIKES!  I didn't have any sugar free syrup and wanted something on my pancakes because I don't like dry pancakes.  So, I looked in the fridge for something and that's when it hit me.  I had an awesome crepe at Bob Evans around Christmas time and I wanted to recreate something to that effect.  I put some weight watcher yogurt on the pancakes and YUMMERS!  It was fantastic!
