Since weigh in, I've reallybeen trying to track my hunger and eat the filling foods. Now when Weight Watchers started the new momentum plan, that was one of the major components, but I just had a tough time with it. Other members might be thinking, "DUH, you should have been doing that all along." But, for example, I had a meeting in ROA on Friday. Before I left the house I drank part of a smoothie and had an orange. Around 10:15 I had string cheese and yogurt. We ate lunch at Cici's where I showed incredible self-restraint and only had 4 slices of pizza. But, then I didn't eat unitl we went to dinner at 7 that night at Country Cooking. Even then I had the salad bar and was careful in my options. But there were no snacks between lunch and dinner and that's a BIG step for moi.
Yesterday was much the same way, I ate a peanut butter and sugar-free sandwich in the morning and didn't eat until lunch time because I was not hungry. For lunch I ate part of a panini that I brought home the other night from a restaurant and an orange. I walked Duke only 1.2 miles, it was SO COLD outside, but then I came in and did 25 minutes of the Biggest Loser Workout with Bob. No snack-a-roos and then we had dinner. A small BBQ pork chop, 1/2 cup of stuffing, and mandarin oranges. While watching a movie I had some cheerios snack mix, but that was it!
Today I made some Fiber One muffins and they were delicious and made the house smell awesome! I had 1 muffin and 1 yogurt, nothing until lunch. Lunch was spinach ravioli from OIP and I'm still going from that meal...thinking about dinner and it's 7:00 p.m.!
Now the tough part will be to continue this pattern when I return to work on Tuesday. I need to be strong and work through the boredom eating and keep this trend up!
