So, in case you haven't noticed, the weather in Lex Vegas has been COLD the past 2 days. We had really really bad wind yesterday, I believe Duke could have been used as a kite yesterday, but we did 2 outdoor loops and I had to give it up and come in. The wind was so strong it sucked the air right out of ya! So, I came in and did Leslie Sansone's Walk Kick video. It's a combination of walking and some kickboxing moves. It really works on muscle groups!
Then today, Duke hurt his paw somehow and was limping this morning so I made the executive decision to keep him in during the afternoon (the cold weather also played a part), but I know that dog would walk on that paw and if it's hurt, we gotta keep him off of it. But, I did some of the Biggest Loser Cardio. I started at the beginner level which is with Bob. He's fantastic. Very motivating throughout the workout, he definitely likes lunges, there is no doubt about that and I have a feeling I'll probably be feeling those in the morning, but it felt really good to do his work out. I liked it a lot. I don't know if I'll ever graduate up to Jillian's workout, but here's hoping!
Cross your fingers for me that tomorrow the numbers go back down! :)
