So, I experienced something weird today...this morning Rockbridge County was on a 2 hour delay, why is beyond me, and to see 5 snow plows waiting on 81 was also weird. But, I ate breakfast this morning, I had a bowl of Cheerios, raisins, and an apple juice (5 points for those counting at home) and when I got to school and the clock hit 9:20, I was ravenous! Not like a little 1 point snack can fix, I was HUNGRY! Since we were on the delay, when the kids got to school it was time for lunch, yes I know, crazy, but it was Domino's pizza day. I was leaving early that day for a presentation so I was going to do lunch at home and didn't have anything to eat at school, so I ate school lunch (Shame on me!) but I had 1 slice of domino's pizza, applesauce, a few bites of their salad (YUCK, they drench it in dressing, it's nasty), and some trail mix. After that I was fine! I stayed full until dinner which we didn't eat until 6:45 ish!
This just proves that I need to attend the meeting on Thursday and read up on this new Momentum stuff and find out about the filling foods! I would love to cut out my snacking! I know that's my biggest downfall. Check out this link...

I also want to toot my own horn...I've been walking Duke the past couple of days, during the week I have been trying my best to wake up on time and get a loop in before work ( a loop is .6 miles) and then when I get home do at least 2 more loops for a total of 1.8 for the day!
I've also been doing awesome on my water comsumption. I now finish 32 oz while at work whereas I was bringing home quite a bit of water and not finishing it! Still not the 6 8 oz. glasses a day, but I'm getting there!
